Master Degrees Online

Briar Cliff University offers online master degree programs in the following disciplines:

Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Educator
BCU’s Nurse Educator students acquire teaching skills in classroom clinical settings, gain experience in a wide variety of educational settings and have many a variety of options for employment when they graduate. Learn from experienced nurse educators.

Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner
The Family Nurse Practitioner is a 42-credit hour, two-year hybrid program with classes online and face-to-face. Briar Cliff University nursing graduates have a 100% employment rate and routinely are hired for positions of leadership and challenge.

Master of Arts in Management - Leadership
The MAM with a Leadership Specialization offers students an opportunity to learn the latest trends and new directions of leadership. This program encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, including compensation, benefits, prevailing laws, labor relations, diversity, and the use of technology in the work place.

Master of Arts in Management - Human Resource Management
This Master of Arts in Management with a Human Resource Specialization is designed to provide students with the skills to positively affect the financial stability of an organization. By emphasizing the importance of human resources within an organization, students will gain the tools and skills necessary to become one of today’s most effective organizational leaders.

Master of Arts in Management - Health Care Administration
This Master of Arts in Management with a Health Care Administration Specialization is a graduate program designed to improve delivery of health services and health of populations through education of professional managers. This program prepares students for careers in the challenging and dynamic field of health care administration. Financial aid is available for graduate students who attend at least half time.

Master of Arts in Education - Leadership and Learning
This Master of Arts in Education with a Leadership and Learning Specialization is a graduate program for licensed teachers who are interested in shaping the future of education without leaving their classrooms. This program provides the knowledge and tools to lead cultural shifts in schools toward a shared vision, collaborative learning environment and increased learner growth and achievement.
