The residence halls are only open to students who meet one or more of the following criteria.

Applicable Charges
As stated in the Housing Contract, a $12 per day charge will be assessed to your student account for break housing. If you are staying between 1-5 days you will be charged per day. If you are staying more than 5 days you will be charged a full fee of $70.00

Break Guidelines and Expectations
  • No visitors are allowed in the residence halls except for those students who also have been approved for break housing. Gender-specific visitation rules and all campus policies still apply over breaks! Contact your hall director if you have any questions.
  • You must register by 5 pm on March 7, 2013
  • Failure to do so will result in a late registration fee of $25.
  • Meals are not provided by BCU over breaks.
  • Students not in break housing must turn in their key and guard card and vacate their room prior to 6 pm on March 8, 2013. (Failure to turn in keys and guard card will result in $75.00 improper check-out)
Any individual(s) in violation of these guidelines, or any housing policy, will be assessed a minimum fine of $50, be asked to leave the residence halls immediately, and lose future break housing privileges. *Failure to properly check out of Residence rooms for Term Break will result in $75.00 fine for Improper Check out.
